C’est l’annonce que nous espérions recevoir au plus tôt vendredi après les indications données par la conseillère au Ministère de la Mer Sidonie Folco hier lors de la conférence en direct organisée par l’association Beg Meil Paddle Cup avec Jean-Luc Arassus, le président de la fédération française de surf. Mauvaise communication inter-ministérielle ou au contraire accélération des prises de décision, le Premier Ministre Jean Castex vient, dans tous les cas, d’annoncer en conférence de presse que les sports nautiques pourront reprendre dès ce samedi 28 novembre. Une surprise que l’on ne va pas bouder, même si toutes les personnes habitant à plus de 20 kilomètres de leur lieu de pratique sont exclues de cet assouplissement des restrictions et seront donc dans l’illégalité s’ils mettent un pied à l’eau. Il faudra également respecter la durée de 3 heures maximum hors de son domicile.
Les sports nautiques individuels mais aussi de plein air comme le golf, le tennis, l’athlétisme peuvent donc reprendre dès ce samedi 28 novembre.
“Vous pourrez courir dans l’espace public ou pratiquer votre sport individuel dans un stade ou un terrain de sport découvert”, a indiqué Jean Castex.
Cet assouplissement des contraintes sera malgré tout soumis à la limite de 3 heures d’activité sportive dans un rayon de 20 kilomètres autour du domicile.

Pour les mineurs, les activités extra-scolaires, en intérieur comme en extérieur, redémarreront le 15 décembre. Les clubs de sports pourront ainsi accueillir à nouveau les enfants, une marque de “reconnaissance pour le rôle central joué par les associations”, selon le Premier ministre.
Pour les adultes, il faudra attendre le 20 janvier pour pratiquer des sports de contact comme le football et le rugby, ainsi que pour retourner dans des salles de sport. D’après le Premier ministre la pratique sportive dans des lieux clos et les sports “collectifs ou de contact” présentent en effet “un risque sanitaire avéré”. Enfin, il sera “possible de se rendre dans les stations de ski pour profiter de l’air pur”, mais “les remontées mécaniques et les équipements collectifs seront fermés au public”, a indiqué le Premier ministre.
