On day 4 and in front of a huge crowd at El Lloret, 17-year-old Kaede Inoue from Japan claimed the World Title on her debut on tour, only 3 days after winning the Junior world title. Starboard sensation and 2019 ISA World Champion Benoit Carpentier from France gets a well-deserved first APP World Tour title, at the end of a high-octane season during which he has been collecting podiums. And we witnessed a fleet of world-class surfers charge El Lloret at its very best in pristine 10 foot waves.
It was a day to remember in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
