SUP4Life has become a signature moment on the BST calendar: elite athletes tackling the last long-distance challenge of the year, while recreational paddlers take to the canals in the afternoon for a joyful Christmas-themed parade.

A special SUP event where paddlers race not just to win, but to make a difference! This is a day where the paddling community comes together to compete, have fun, and support a great cause.

Whether competing at the highest level, paddling for fun, or taking part in a team relay, every stroke counts. All proceeds from the event will go to a selected charity, making every effort meaningful.

• Elite & Recreational SUP – For competitors & passionate paddlers

• Elite: 15 km
• Recreational fleet & Cadets: 8 km
• Kids: 5 km
