Etape 5 : Bananiers/Rivière-sens (marina de Basse-Terre) : 19 km
28/10/2015 : Nous nous lançons à l’assaut de la Basse-Terre ! Réservation d’un gîte près de la magnifique plage de Malendure et c’est parti pour 3 jours de rame autour de l’île sauvage, avec certaines parties totalement inconnues pour nous. Cette cinquième étape fut une de nos préférées : après quelques centaines de mètres de houle croisée et vent de travers, c’est un super downwind qui nous attend !! De très bons moments de glisse et encore de magnifiques paysages entre les Saintes et la Basse-Terre ! Il nous faudra un peu plus de 3h pour boucler cette étape.
