Moonlight Bay (Ayışığı Koyu)
In the heart of Kemer, Moonlight Bay is one of the area’s best-known spots, with its fine sandy beach and usually calm sea. Ringed by pine trees, it offers natural shade and a calmer, more balanced atmosphere. Its sheltered setting often keeps the water clear and still.
Mount Tahtalı (Olympos Cable Car)
At 2,365 metres, Mount Tahtalı is one of the few places you can ride a cable car from sea level to the summit. Known in antiquity as Olympos, it is one of the region’s most striking peaks – geographically and historically. From the top you get a wide view of the Mediterranean coast and the Taurus Mountains.
Cirali (Çıralı)
With roughly 3 km of beach and little large-scale development, Çıralı is one of Kemer’s most natural stretches. It is protected because loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta) nest here. Instead of big hotels, you’ll find small guesthouses and bungalows and a quieter, simpler mood.
Chimaera (Yanartaş)
Yanartaş is known for natural flames where underground gas reaches the surface and burns continuously. That makes the site special both geologically and in myth: in ancient times the flames were linked to the Chimaera legend.
