At just 17, Mo Freitas with his Focus SUP took the overall win, 2nd Paul Jackson from Fanatic who won the long distance on Day 2, Toby Cracknell took the 3rd place with his Naish board, Beau O'Brian from Starboard in 4th, Chase Kosterlitz and his Bic SUP in 5th and Bart de Zwart from Starboard in 6th.
In the women's, fewer participants but Angela Jackson showed a great display of strength nevertheless and won easily both the sprints and the long distance.
The Japanese hosts and crowd were very welcoming and friendly and Chigasaki proved a great Stand Up World Series destination !
