English company Red Original, Red Paddle Co’s lifestyle & accessories brand, has just revealed its new go-to rain jacket. The Active Jacket packs down small into a pocket compartment making it the perfect ‘go anywhere’ waterproof jacket. The 4 way stretch, 5k/5k waterproof, Blue Sign approved fabric allows for full range of movement for paddle boarding, running, hiking or any outdoor activity.

If humid weathers won’t keep you from going out for a paddle and you are looking for lightweight rain jacket, the Active Jacket is for you. Made using an innovative 4-way stretch (Blue Sign Approved – sustainable textile production) waterproof material, paddling movements are unrestricted. The lightweight, packable design with reflective trim (aids visibility in the dark) makes this an essential item for any autumn/winter SUP enthusiast.
The clean lines, styled fit and simple easy to use allow you to quickly wrap up or cool down as quickly as the weather changes. Red Original tested the fabric for over a year to find the right fit to meet all the needs of a paddler! Keeping the water out and allowing us to keep cool down during a SUP session or any other activities such as running and biking aided by under arm vents.
The Active Jackets additional features make it the go-to rain jacket. The entire jacket packs down into its left side pocket ideal for when space is tight and you want to keep weight to a minimum. Adjustable hem, cuffs and hood also mean you can get the right fit for you.
