RESULTS + REPLAY – 2025 ISA World SUP & Paddleboard Championship

The ISA World SUP & Paddleboard Championship 2025 is kicking off in El Sunzal, Surf City, El Salvador, bringing together 161 athletes from 27 countries for a week of world-class SUP Surf, SUP Racing, and Paddleboard competition.

Despite being announced on short notice, the event has drawn an impressive lineup of the world’s best. Among the SUP racers, look out for the 2024 returning defending world champions Mariecarmen Rivera, Alba Frey, Csillag Kocsis, Duna Gordillo but also 4 x ISA world Champion Shuri Araki  as well as the athletes of the hour Aaron Sanchez and Mariecarmen Rivera, while the SUP Surf division with 36 men and 25 women features stars like the 2023 returning world champions Max Torres and Luchy Cosoleto,  but also stars like Aline Adisaka, Benoit Carpentier or Iballa Ruano Moreno all ready to light up El Sunzal’s iconic waves.
