BOLD IN THE FACE OF FEAR: This year marked the 10th edition ofThe Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis (10X4CF), held from 10 – 13 June 2026. The one-of-a-kind endurance challenge takes paddlers on an 80-mile open-ocean journey across the Gulf Stream from Bimini in the Bahamas to Lake Worth Beach, Florida.
Inspired by the powerful health benefits of the ocean for people living with cystic fibrosis – a terminal lung disease – the event was founded by Travis Suit, whose daughter Piper was diagnosed with CF at the age of four.
The Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis has grown into a long-distance endurance paddle challenge and international championship race, uniting athletes for both competition and cause. Watch the live stream and beach landing coverage to follow the journey across the ocean.
