James Casey is originally from Sydney, Australia. He has always felt a strong connection to the ocean. He is a consummate waterman, having been a surfing and kitesurfing enthusiast before even taking to SUP surfing and SUP racing. James competed in SUP for the first time in 2014, and he is now an active member of the paddling community. He is sponsored by Sunova.
