After some awesome “Mascaret” rides, Oxbow Ambassador Ludovic Dulou opts for a radical change of scenery. In this video, the tireless Waterman takes his surf Down Town in the very heart of Paris : on the River Seine!
At dawn on a summer day, Ludovic Dulou took his hydrofoil and treated himself with this exclusive session at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Historical Buildings as only witnesses to this première, Ludovic Dulou – flying over the water – as time suspender in “the City of Lights”!
