Michael Booth

Michael Booth is an Australian paddle athlete who competes not only in SUP but various other disciples. He grew up in a small town called Caves Beach which is 2 hours north of Sydney on the East Coast of Australian and now resides on the other side of the country in Perth. Michael started paddling prone boards at age 6 and started ski paddling at age 15, he didn’t jump on a SUP until he was 23 for the first time. After competing in Ocean Ski, Sprint Kayaking and SLS at the highest levels he turned professional in SUP in 2016. He is best know for winning the ISA World Championship Marathon race in Fiji and winning many other distance races on the Euro Tour and PPG last year. His Major Sponsors are Starboard SUP, Shaw and Partners Wealth Management, Inamo, Zazik and VMG Blades.
