Kody Kerbox

Kody Kerbox

Kody Kerbox was born in 1994 on the island of Maui. He grew up on the island competing in all kinds of different sports, but he developed a passion for surfing in his early teen years. He watched the steady rise in popularity of stand up paddle unfold as Laird Hamilton started getting in to it. His Dad eventually gave it a try and got him started with a modified kayak paddle and a soft top. He competed professionally for 5 years in both SUP surfing and SUP racing and finished runner up in the world in 2013. He recently began a new chapter in his life by going back to school to work towards a degree in kinesiology, but when not in class, you can find him competing in Hawaii and at several of the major international SUP races. Kody is sponsored by SIC.
