As well as being a competitive SUP Racer, Outrigger and VA’A paddler, Ryan James is also highly qualified in health, fitness and nutrition coaching, boasting an impressive résumé in both Ocean paddle sports and within the health & fitness industry, from professional athlete in endurance sports to full-time lecturer. He has a 20 year career deeply embedded in sports science, health, fitness, rehabilitation and nutrition.
