As well as being a competitive SUP Racer, Outrigger and VA’A paddler, Ryan James is also highly qualified in health, fitness and nutrition coaching, boasting an impressive rĂ©sumé in both Ocean paddle sports and within the health & fitness industry, from professional athlete in endurance sports to full-time lecturer. He has a 20 year career deeply embedded in sports science, health, fitness, rehabilitation and nutrition.
