Air France Paddle Festival 2019

Welcome to the 6th edition of Air France’s Paddle Festival. A paddle event that has become a benchmark for SUP racing in the Pacific. Now it is one of the majors in the World Paddle League Tour 2019. This is truly an event for ALL The family !!!

This event will have a significant cash prize with more than 3,000,000 XPF on offer, equal to 25000 Euros. This years event will take place at the beautiful Vairai Park beach (formerly Maeva Beach), Punaauia.  There you will find the Air France village “Fête du Paddle” , situated on the beautiful beach, perfect conditions for spectators  and the worlds elite paddlers.

Air France Paddle Festival Programme:

5 SUP  & Prone Course are scheduled. Plus lots of fun challenges, and free SUP discovery lessons in a party atmosphere at Vairai Park beach (formerly Maeva Beach), Punaauia.

Lagoon Race:
This will be an 8 KM course ( SUP), starting from Paofai to Papeete to Maeva Plage beach in Punaauia. Registration fee is 4,500 F per person.

Prone Race:
This is an 8 KM Prone race starting from Paofai then to Papeete and then on to Maeva beach in Punaauia. Registration fee is 4,500 XPF per person.

Elite SUP Race:
24 KM SUP course starting from Maeva Beach in Punaauia. Registration fee is  6,000 XPF per person.

Kids Race:
This SUP race aimed at under 14’s category. A beach race format based around Maeva Beach in Punaauia. Registration fee 3 000 XPF per person.

Fun Race:
Relay format race, with 3 people each racing 1,5 KM,  that is 3 x 500 m per person on a SUP.
Come along with your company, club, family and friends; join in the fun!
Registration fee is 3000 XPF per person or 9,000 XPF per team.
