From May 2 to May 4, 2025, Melilla will become the epicenter of Stand Up Paddle with the celebration of the IV Triple ESE Festival. This event will bring together the best athletes in the discipline and serve as a bridge between Europe and Africa, highlighting the city’s cultural and sporting richness. This year the Triple S Festival is also stop #2 of the newly launched European SUP League (see announcement here)

The Iberian Intercontinental SUP Cup is more than just a sports competition; it is a symbol of the historical and cultural connection between Europe and Africa. Its celebration in Melilla strengthens Spain’s role as a host for international events and a meeting point between cultures.

Free Boat Transport
Thanks to a partnership with Naviera Armas Transmediterránea, competitors and their equipment will be able to travel for free from the ports of Motril and Almería. The possibility of including Málaga as a departure point is also under review.
Equipment Transport
To facilitate logistics, the organization will provide free transportation of equipment to Melilla and subsequently to the next EURO TOUR events within Spain.

How to Get Free Tickets
1- Register at www.dorsalchip.es (accompanying persons should register under the “ACOMPAÑANTES” category).
2- Send an email to triplesefestival@gmail.com with the following details:
– Traveler’s information: Full name, surname, and ID number.
– Vehicle details: Brand, model, and license plate.
– Trailer details: Dimensions (if applicable).
The organization will send the ticket locator once the tickets have been issued.

Melilla has a special customs regime, as it is not part of the Schengen Area. Important considerations include:
– Personal equipment: No additional documentation is required.

Desplazamiento en barco gratuito
Gracias a la colaboración con Naviera Armas Transmediterránea, los competidores y su material podrán viajar gratuitamente desde el puerto de Motril. También se está valorando la opción de incluir el puerto de Málaga.

Transporte de material

Cómo conseguir los billetes gratuitos :
1- Inscribirse en www.dorsalchip.es (acompañantes deben registrarse en la categoría “ACOMPAÑANTES”).
2- Enviar un correo a triplesefestival@gmail.com con:
– Nombre, apellidos y DNI de los viajeros.
– Datos del vehículo (marca, modelo y matrícula).
– Medidas del remolque (si aplica).
3- La organización enviará el localizador de los billetes.
