The race will take place in Paris, with an exceptional setting on the Seine River between the National Library of France (Bibliothèque Nationale de France) and the port Javel Bas. 1000 participants, consisting of professionals and amateurs alike, are expected to be in attendance for the competition.
As places are limited, a draw will be held on October 3, 2019 to determine which individuals or teams can participate. The others will be placed on a waiting list.
The selected candidates will have 15 days to register (participation: 60€/person) otherwise they will lose their place to those on the waiting list.
2 routes to choose from
Solo or as a team
It is possible to participate in the event solo or as a group (4 people maximum). In both cases, each participant will have their own paddle. Then, there will be a lottery to determine the individuals and teams selected to participate. Registration fees are 60 euros including VAT per participant.
People who pre-register in several categories (solo, team, leisure or pro division) will automatically be disqualified for the draw.
It is necessary to provide a medical certificate before the event (by uploading it to your space or with you when you pick up the bibs).
Paddlers must bring their own equipment to the race as the organization reserves its paddles for the press and its ambassadors.
