Peniche is a coastal city located in the central-western region of Portugal, about 100km north of Lisbon. It is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, surf spots, and historical landmarks. The city is situated on a peninsula that juts out into the Atlantic Ocean, and it has a rich fishing tradition that dates back centuries. The port of Peniche is still an important fishing hub, and visitors can watch fishermen bring in their catch at the local fish market.

Goals and points we will work on:

• Improve the choice of waves during the session and how to manage the energies at sea.
• The power and resistance of the paddle
• Give balance in various moments of surfing.
• Train unpredictability, train the mind to face any situation and make decisions at sea in a short time.
• Flexibility during navigation and on maintaining the center of gravity.
• Choose the ideal board and fins suitable for our sessions.
• Understand each surf spot. (Beach break, point break, off-shore, side-off, side-on and on-shore wind conditions).
• Internal video analysis (post-surf)
• “Mind Setting” session daily indoor and outdoor training, stretching session together (post surf) Briefing Recap of the day.
