SUPRome is an 18 KM  adventure through time that crossing Rome or the ” Eternal City”.

It is a SUP journey that passes under ancient and contemporary bridges. SUP Rome is on its fifth edition, it is neither a race nor a competition but a paddle experience in the eternal city of Rome “the great beauty”.

Organisation

SUProme is organised by the Associazione Dilettantistica Sportiva “Discesa Internazionale del Tevere”.

The18 KM journey is on The Tiber that bisects Rome, the Tiber is a white water class 1 – 2 river with one class 3 passage, where portage is possible. The SUPRome is open to all paddlers with experience and equipment suited to a white water river with up class 2 rapids. The journey is recommended on iSUPs, epoxy boards are not recommended.

 

Registration

Registration cost is 35 euro if paid by the March 31st 2019 and 40 euro by the 15th of April 2019! By bank transfer and Paypal.  Included in the price is a shuttle bus and food feast at the finish line!
