[ENGLISH] The end of the year is fast approaching and so is the closing event, SUP4Life. Like every year, this event is open to competitors, who will be treated to a 12km canal race through Ghent. The afternoon is reserved for the Christmas procession. Experienced paddlers and amateurs alike, including beginners and less able athletes, are invited to take part in the procession. Together, we’ll make our way through Ghent via the canals.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to the King Baudouin Foundation, which will pass on the money to charitable organisations.

For competitors (Elites, kids and amateurs) :
8:00 – 9:30h: Competitor registration
9:30h: Skippersmeeting
10:00h: Start Elites (12km)
10:15h: Start for amateurs and kids (7km)
11:30-12:30h: Finishes
For all (parade participants) :
12:00h-13:30h: Registration and preparation of parade participants
13:30h: Parade briefing
14:00h: Start of the parade (<8km)
16:00u-16:00h: SUP4Life competition podiums and BST annual rankings podiums – presentation of the BST 2025 programme

[FRANÇAIS] La fin de l’annĂ©e approche Ă  grands pas, tout comme l’Ă©vĂ©nement de clĂ´ture, SUP4Life. Comme chaque annĂ©e, cet Ă©vĂ©nement est ouvert aux compĂ©titeurs, qui auront l’opportunitĂ© de participer Ă  une course de 12 km Ă  travers les canaux de Gand. L’après-midi est rĂ©servĂ© Ă  la procession de NoĂ«l. Les pagayeurs expĂ©rimentĂ©s et amateurs, y compris les dĂ©butants et les athlètes moins aptes, sont invitĂ©s Ă  prendre part Ă  la procession. Ensemble, nous traverserons Gand via les canaux.

Tous les bĂ©nĂ©fices de cet Ă©vĂ©nement seront reversĂ©s Ă  la Fondation Roi Baudouin, qui distribuera l’argent Ă  des organisations caritatives.
