In this, 2 hour paddle clinic, focus will be on technique and training to improve speed and overall skills. Paddlers can expect to learn proper body position and which muscle groups to engage for each phase of the paddle stroke; which helps avoid injury and increase efficiency. Paddlers will also walk away with a better understanding of different paddle strokes to use in various conditions such as flatwater, ocean, head wind, side wind, downwind, and in the surf zone.
