Northsea SUP Classic 2025 – A World-First Pursuit Format!

On Sunday, June 8, 2025, the Northsea SUP Classic is set to make history at Beachclub Blankenberge, Belgium with a revolutionary double-manche race format that will push paddlers to their limits.

For the first time in SUP racing, competitors will face a two-round challenge:

• Mass Start – A high-intensity coastal sprint where all paddlers launch simultaneously.
• Pursuit Race – A second round with staggered starts based on the first-round results, turning the race into a thrilling chase to the finish.

The winner is determined by the fastest combined time across both rounds!

Set against the unpredictable backdrop of the North Sea, this race offers an authentic open-sea challenge, where shifting tides and dynamic conditions demand skill, strategy, and endurance.
