The Challenge

The Great Glen Paddle will run the fifty-seven miles from Fort William to Inverness in two formats concurrently. Aimed at very experienced paddlers the first format is a timed endurance race endeavouring to cover the entire route non-stop as quickly as possible, with the added interest of aiming to set the record for a coast to coast crossing by water. The second format is a pure distance challenge event for those wishing to cover the beautiful course in a more relaxed but still challenging two days.
