Sunday, 6 October, the Belgian SUP Long Distance Championships will take place in Bruges aan de Plas.
As a reminder, this competition comes to replace the Belgian Championships in Kessenich which had to be cancelled earlier this month due to blue-green algae.
On the programme:
Elites women and men: 10km (one start lap, 4 basic laps and one power lap (of your choice)).
U16 and recreants: 6.5km (one starting lap, 2 basic laps and one power lap (of your choice)).
Kids (U14): 3.5km (one starting lap and one power lap).
The race:
Elites compete 10km: one starting lap, 4 basic laps and one power lap (of your choice).
U16 and recreational compete 6.5km: one starting lap, 2 basic laps and one power lap (of your choice).
Kids (U14) compete 3.5km: one starting lap and one power lap.

10:00: Skippers meeting

13:30: U16 (cadets) and Recreants (one starting round, 4 basic rounds and one power lap (of your choice)).
15:00: Kids (U14) (one starting round and one power lap)
