We offer a range of services suitable for beginners to experienced ocean athletes looking to refine their skills. Our centrally located guest house allows us to surf and paddle several times a day, while our close proximity to the freeway enables us to easily travel north or south along the coast to offer you the best possible experience during your stay.
We provide everything you need to make the most of your trip: from airport pickup, premium equipment, coaching, personal guiding to the best surfing locations and more. Everything you will need. Each of our guests receives a unique immersion experience.
Our main surf spot is San Onfre Dogpatch and Doheny State beach, thos two spots are perfect for stand up paddle surfing.
Grégory Closier is the owner of La Vague Surf Experience and brings more than 20 years of surfing, paddling and coaching experience.
Driven by the desire to share his passion for ocean sports with others, Greg succesfully earned a Certificate in Sport Teaching and obtained the prestigious French Surf Instructor Certificate from the French Surfing Federation.
Greg’s been teaching many people how to surf and he’s been coaching top international athletes (surfing and sup racing) such as : Benoit Carpentier (top 10 World SUP Tour), Athur Arutkin (top 5 World Race Series), Martin Vitry (Winner of the PPG Junior 2016), and many others…
