Yukon River Quest – The start of a 715km race

Here is the start of the 2016 Yukon River Quest in Canada, an event where paddlers from all around the world battled to finish the epic 715km course from Whitehorse to Dawson. During the previous years, only kayakers and canoers could participate in the race but this year 11 brave Stand Up Paddlers joined the competition.

Bart de Zwart won the race in a little less than 3 days
