Martin Vitry joins Starboard and takes a “Nouveau Départ”

The cat is out of the bag: International French SUP Racer Martin Vitry is celebrating entering the Starboard SUP Dream team with a very personal video entitled “Nouveau Départ” (“New Start” in English) in which he explains that he has been dreaming of this sponsorship since childhood.

Originally from the Normandy region in the North of France, Martin has been living near Biarritz for a few months, where he is getting ready for the 2021 SUP Race season under his new Starboard colors. A couple of weeks ago, Martin Vitry, posted on Instagram that he would no be longer part of the SIC team, his main equipment sponsor (along with other Tahe Outdoor Group brands Oxbow and BIC SUP) for the past 6 years.

Here’s what Martin Vitry wrote along his video release:
“After 6 years of partnership with the most ‘Hawaiian’ brand, I became aware in this difficult period and strange season, that it was the time for me to take a step & a new start. It has always been a dream of mine to be part of the ‘Dream Team’. After many years of training and winning races, I’m proud to announce to you that I am now officially in the Starboard Team.
