Huge Downwind Week-End in Brittany with Boris Jinvresse and Amandine Chazot

Boris Jinvresse and Amandine Chazot, two of France’s top SUP racers, just had an amazing week-end of downwind at home in the Brest estuary with a large bunch of friends. Here is what Boris commented:

The conditions were perfect with a West / South West wind set between 30 and 50 knots. This allowed us to organize 3 different runs which are some of the best in the area. We went from Maison Blanche to Plougastel on the Saturday, from Ile Ronde to Plougastel on the Sunday and from Le Fret to Landévennec on the Monday.  And we were not alone! Our super riding team of friends were with us ! Unfortunately they do not all appear on the video but there was hardly anyone missing for this huge week-end of bump riding: Martin Letourneur, Stéphane Guiomar, Ronan Botrel aka Doc, Simon Michelin, Thomas Kimplfin, Ildut Marzin, Christophe Guérin, Matthieu Raimon, Gael Bry, Amaury Dormet, Laurent Nevarez, Amandine and I.

3 day downwind week-end en stand up dans la rade de Brest. Les conditions étaient parfaites avec un vent ouest , Sud ouest entre 30 et 50 noeuds. Cela nous a permis de glisser sur 3 des meilleurs parcours possibles dans cette rade. De maison blanche à Plougastel le samedi, de l’ile ronde à Plougastel le dimanche et du Fret à Landévennec le lundi. Et tout ça avec la super team locale ! Ils ne sont malheureusement pas tous sur la vidéo mais il ne manquait quasiment personne ce wee-end sur les bumps de la rade, Martin, Stéphane, Doc, Simon, Thomas, Ildut, Christophe, Matthieu, Gael, Amaury, Laurent, Amandine et moi même (Boris).
