In this exciting and inspiring 22 minute documentary, Hawaiian watermen Kai Lenny and John John Florence decide to join forces to foil across the Kaua’i Channel on John’s 18 foot catamaran.

The Kauai Channel also called the Kaʻieʻie Waho Channel, separates the islands of Kauaʻi and Oʻahu, at a distance of 72 miles (116 km). Kaʻieʻie Waho means “Outer Kaʻieʻie,” named after the ʻieʻie vine

Follow Kai Lenny being trained up on the catamaran boat, pushing once again his limits in this multi-day mission, which culminates in a launch from John Florence’s front door on the North Shore of Oahu, to Hanalei Bay, Kauai and back !
